Job Summary:
Our Recruiters play a critical role in the growth and development of our clinical teams. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts for our allied health positions. You will work closely with local and regional managers to understand their staffing needs and find the best talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract talent for healthcare positions through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and career fairs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and recruit top talent.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and staffing requirements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience in using social media platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques.
