Sales Representative - Licensed conducts business development and sales activities with existing consumer banking customers and new prospects to increase sales of financial products and expand the customer base. Develops leads with customer profile development, telemarketing, and promotional events. Being a Sales Representative - Licensed maintains a broad understanding and detailed knowledge of the current financial product offerings. Assesses customer needs, explains each product's characteristics and benefits, and makes recommendations that align with the customer's financial objectives. Additionally, Sales Representative - Licensed may require a bachelor's degree. Completion of the FINRA Series 6 Investment Company Products/Variable Contract Limited Representative qualification exam and any required state licensing is required. Also requires completion of the FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination and any state licensing. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales Representative - Licensed work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth for our wholesale macaron business.
Hours are determined by your schedule and much of the position is remote, but requires some local travel to drop product/samples and secure meetings with potential clients. Commission only, compensation dependent on how much time you choose to devote to the position. An amount of initial work seeking accounts and then minimal upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers in the market
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and distribute samples
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
