We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers experiencing technical difficulties with our products or services. You will leverage your strong communication and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is located in our Bridgewater, New Jersey office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems related to our products and services.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues clearly and concisely.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
• Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems).
  • 0-3 years of technical support experience (enthusiastic recent graduates are welcome to apply!).

  • Excellent customer service skills: Patience, clear communication, and a willingness to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a focus on active listening and clear explanations.
