POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering PHI Health's enduring relationship with prospective and existing members. This role is responsible for promoting and attending club social events, while acting as the company's esteemed representative to local businesses, corporations, and community stakeholders. Also, this position uses a consultative approach to initiate and facilitate membership sales.
In this position, the Senior Sales Manager is also accountable for facilitating productive work sessions with the Sales team and other departments, focusing on program innovation and improvement. Moreover, this role is responsible for the training, development and mentorship of both new team members.
Senior Sales Managers play a vital role in promoting and selling our membership services across PHI Health's service areas throughout the United States. This position demands active participation in strategizing and executing field sales initiatives for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels within their assigned territory. Reporting directly to the Director of Membership Sales, they are instrumental in driving the growth and success of our sales endeavors.
