Sales Supervisor - Telesales oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Being an Sales Supervisor - Telesales implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Sales Supervisor - Telesales monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Supervisor - Telesales supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Sales Supervisor - Telesales typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Maintenance Supervisor needed for a growing real estate and property management company. An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable, organized, professional, and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as painting, electrical, appliance troubleshooting, carpentry, plumbing etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. The Maintenance Supervisor will assist and complete hands-on duties, as well as delegating and scheduling work for other maintenance staff.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
