Sales Support Coordinator jobs in Anderson, SC

The relief clerk is responsible for stepping in for both the shipping and receiving dept, the tool crib, and production coordinating.  This position will report to the Operations Manager.

1. Ability to learn several processes proficiently.
2. Able to be flexible in workday responsibilities.
3. Ability to create BOL’s, ensure shipments are accurate, and paperwork is filed.
4. Strong computer skills for entering PO’s, WO’s, receipts, and reporting.
5. Competence in EBS and MES Systems.
6. Understand production shipping and receiving requirements.
7. Understanding maintenance parts, ordering, and receiving.
8. Ability to enter PPD data and create labels for the packing dept.
9. Must be able to operate motorized vehicles.
10. Participate in inventories and reporting.
11. Strong communication skills.
12. Identifying problems and helping to improve processes.
13. Ensuring company goals are met when due.
14. Step in for board leaders in packing.
15. Conducts training when necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Previous Manufacturing Experience
2. Excellent Safety, Quality and Attendance History
3. Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing processes
4. Computer skills required, Maintain production schedules, etc.
5. Ability to be on-call and work any schedule as requested.
