    Location: Walnut Creek Facility (2150 State Route 39 Sugarcreek, OH 44681)
    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM
    Summary
    Candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the Installation Certification Programs (ICP) for all product lines including, clear and effective communication of details to customers and internal participants. Candidate is to maintain all online databases in relation to Installation Support. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia' s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
    • Communicate clearly and effectively to customers interested in obtaining or maintaining installer certification.
    • Responsible for maintaining current pricing information current and invoicing participants at the completion of their course.
    • Work closely with ICP Trainers to develop training schedules and maintaining the ICP training page on entryLINK.
    • Maintain the database listing of certification of all past, present, and future program participants.
    • Work with IT to improve the functionality of the ICP records, as well as improve existing procedures to make our system more automated, user-friendly, efficient.
    • Maintain teaching material and gift inventories for all ICP classes.
    • Coordinate class details (food, hotel, communication, etc.) effectively and punctually to ensure the smooth operation of the ICP courses.
    • Maintaining and updating the Installation Support Homepage on Knowledge Base.
    • Coordinate the production of installation and service videos.
    • Hospitality management of all ICP events.
    • Manage tasks outside of primary responsibilities as assigned.
