Coordinates development and implementation of services / treatments provided to clients / individuals. Trains staff, schedules for shifts, and performs other administrative duties.
Provides oversight and coordination of staff. Provides effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of manager / director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below :
Coordinates and evaluates plan implementation.
Makes home visits and conducts meetings as required.
Assists with all legal, licensing, regulatory and certification activities as needed.
