If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!Job DescriptionHours: Daytime Monday to Friday 8AM-5PMDaily Responsibilities:•    Provides proofing support on claims submittals to double check totals, verbiage, calculations or general accuracy prior to client submission•    Obtains data files and generates reports for audits by extracting data from downloads and/or imported data files as requested by auditor.•    Leverages in-house proprietary software platform and alerts manager of system issues or other issues impacting productivity.•    Facilitates responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customer and works closely with payers and providers to understand claims and expedite effective communication and collection•    Accountable for day-to-day tasks associated with A/R outstanding claims, including: following-up on unpaid claims and reviewing accounts on a regular basis.•    Adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations and maintains strict confidentiality.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite3 years of healthcare, insurance, or billing/collections exp. Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to build relationships quickly and work as part of a team.Strong Written, Verbal, and Interpersonal skills.  Excellent telephone etiquette Strong attention to detail/organizational skillsAdaptable to change with strong problem solving skills Additional InformationAdvantages of this Opportunity: Full-Time PermanentCompetitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experienceBenefits offered!Fun and positive work environmentAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
