As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Body Shop Estimator/Assistant Body Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and thorough damage assessments on vehicles involved in collisions or accidents.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal team members.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the body shop, including scheduling repairs, ordering parts, and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Collaborate with technicians and other staff to ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met before returning vehicle to the customer.
• Follow up with customers regarding status of repair.
• Gain knowledge of all “Direct Repair” insurance agreements
• Parts; Ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a body shop estimator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in estimating software and familiarity with industry-standard repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and regulations is preferred.
