Job Summary:

The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling various administrative tasks, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.

Essential Functions:

1. Social Media Management:
   • Develop and execute social media posts to promote company products and services.
   • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engagement.
2. Email Newsletters:
   • Create engaging email newsletters to distribute to our customer base.
   • Coordinate email campaigns to target specific customer segments.
3. Customer Interaction:
   • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
   • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Estimate Creation:
   • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for potential customers based on project requirements.
   • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure timely delivery of estimates to clients.
5. Accounts Receivable:
   • Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
   • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payments.
6. Project Scheduling:
   • Coordinate project schedules in collaboration with sales team and other departments.
   • Ensure timely completion of projects by effectively managing deadlines and resources.
7. Estimate Follow-ups:
   • Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and address concerns regarding estimates.
   • Keep track of leads and opportunities to maximize sales conversion.
8. Permit Acquisitions:
   • Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits for construction projects.
   • Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

Required / Preferred Education and Experience:

• Five plus years of experience in General Business, Sales, or Marketing,
• Must have a valid Government issued Driver’s License with a clean driving record that is verified prior to employment

• Digital Marketing experience
• Social Media planning and management experience
• Signage or Branding Industry experience a plus
