Job Summary:
The Sales Support Representative will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by handling various administrative tasks, customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities.

Essential Functions:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media posts to promote company products and services.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and engagement.
- Email Newsletters:
- Create engaging email newsletters to distribute to our customer base.
- Coordinate email campaigns to target specific customer segments.
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Estimate Creation:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for potential customers based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with sales team members to ensure timely delivery of estimates to clients.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and payments.
- Project Scheduling:
- Coordinate project schedules in collaboration with sales team and other departments.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by effectively managing deadlines and resources.
- Estimate Follow-ups:
- Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and address concerns regarding estimates.
- Keep track of leads and opportunities to maximize sales conversion.
- Permit Acquisitions:
- Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits for construction projects.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Required / Preferred Education and Experience:
- Five plus years of experience in General Business, Sales, or Marketing,
- Must have a valid Government issued Driver’s License with a clean driving record that is verified prior to employment
- Digital Marketing experience
- Social Media planning and management experience
- Signage or Branding Industry experience a plus
