FBR is seeking an innovative and purpose driven individual to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for our North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics.

***This position will cover both North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics and School Based partnerships***

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• This position is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided
• Provide direct billable services and acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs

POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week). This position will cover both North Hills (Pittsburgh) and Brentwood Clinics and School Based partnerships. Compensation for travel.

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSES AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field required
• Professional license required- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• At least 3 years mental health experience
• At least 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
• Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities

SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:
$1250 at 90 days | $1250 at 180 days | $1250 at 270 days | $1250 at 365 days.

About (FBR) Family Behavioral Resources: We work in local schools, homes, and communities servicing children with diagnosed behavioral and mental health disorders. We also provide Outpatient Mental Health Therapy and Intensive Behavioral Health Services in numerous locations throughout the state of PA.
