Opportunity:
Miller’s is seeking a Technician to join our Custom Wheelchair division in our Cleveland location. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. No experience required!

Responsibilities:
· Assemble seating and mobility equipment efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
· Fabricate custom seating solutions for clients under direction of therapist/physician.
· Modify equipment as necessary for delivery to patients, responding promptly to service calls both in the office and the field.
· Deliver equipment as directed, providing assistance to the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) for fitting adjustments and equipment modifications to optimize patient outcomes.
· Obtain return authorizations as needed and coordinate with the Location Manager to facilitate the timely return of goods.
· Attend seating clinics with the ATPs as required, offering support for evaluations, modifications, and deliveries.
· Maintain inventory control for all special orders and stock items in the office, keeping the shop area organized for proper equipment care.
· Support in the timely completion of work orders, involving research of components, preparation of quotes for patients, referral sources, and insurance companies.
· Maintain the Automobile Log for company vehicles, informing the Branch Manager of needed repairs and maintenance, obtaining estimates, and scheduling required work.
· Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
The physical demands include lifting up to at least 75 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of hand tools
· Mechanical aptitude
· Valid driver’s license
· Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screen
