The Sales Center Sales Trainer will provide training and assistance to the sales team to properly follow the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, and Merry Maids® sales process. The Sales Trainer will implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff in which components will be geared toward new hires, existing sales staff, and sales professionals who need one-on-one assistance. This role will work closely with leadership to ensure the training is targeting the correct audience and delivery is in the correct method, as well as provide feedback on current or upcoming programs.

What You'll Do:
Duties/Essential Job Functions:
- Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, and Merry Maids® brands and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization
- Other activities, as deemed appropriate by the Sales Center Manager
TRAINING
- Delivers training sessions for the Sales Center employees on technical aspects, communication skills, application of knowledge, problem-solving abilities
- Presents information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats to deliver training modules for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, and Merry Maids® products, systems, and sales methodologies/processes
- Reports training effectiveness and suggests alternative training methods and techniques if expected outcomes are not seen; ensures support is readily available
- Analyze and report on trends; collaborating with management and training to ensure CSRs have tools and training needed to meet service goals

Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, management or other related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of call center or other relevant experience is preferred. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving, cleaning or junk removal industry experience is preferred.
