We are seeking an Associate Director, Sales Training to lead the training and development for Fetroja, a novel antibiotic currently promoted by our anti-infective hospital sales force. This individual will serve as the primary training lead for Fetroja and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the training curriculum for Fetroja.
The AD, Sales Training should have experience in the anti-infective market. This individual should have a strong knowledge base in infectious disease, microbiology and how hospital products are purchased, ordered, administered and established for formulary inclusion within the hospital setting.
The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual that excels in a fast-paced environment and is interested in joining a growing organization.
