A Day in the Life:
Initially you will be trained personally to become a high performance salesperson. Once you have established yourself as a top performer you will be trained on the management side of the business. This process usually takes 6-12 months at peak performance. Promotion to management is the next step wherein on a typical day, you will manage the operations of your store and performance of your staff. How you interact with guests will be the blueprint for you team. Your tasks will include counting inventory, hiring, making sales, and coaching employees. You will be responsible for meeting personal and store sales goals. You will also take part in trainings and attending weekly sales leadership calls.
