Sales Training Manager manages a team of trainers that create and deliver sales training programs that support an effective and motivated sales force. Partners with senior sales managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential. Being a Sales Training Manager monitors and analyzes sales team performance to evaluate the effectiveness of training and design follow up or ongoing programs as needed. Has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Additionally, Sales Training Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sales Training Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Training Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Role Responsibilities:- Lead from the front by approaching residential homes in a door-to-door setting. The positive outcome of these interactions is a set appointment. As an appointment setter, you will work to convert as many cold leads into interested customers as possible.
- Hold daily correlation meetings for Appointment Setters and Closers on your team. Conduct weekly boot-camp style trainings for newly hired Appointment Setters. Assign area daily. Perform regular critique and coaching on the doors.
- You will be responsible for a pipeline of warm, company-generated leads. Your job will be to conduct professional window consultations and present customized proposals that aid the homeowner in making the decision to purchase.
- Don't leave a single stone unturned: take initiative on the doors by seeking out as many opportunities to set window sales consultations with qualified homeowners as possible every day.
