CPSO for a Special Access Program (SAP). Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with current investigation date. This multi-faceted security position will be responsible for all aspects of Security as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO). Provide oversight, management, and implementation of contractual security requirements for engineering development labs and multifunction facilities utilizing the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5205.07 and Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 5205.11, ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).
Ability to understand and proactively collaborate and partner with key leadership personnel at all levels, in full support of business objectives, while ensuring compliance with US Government and Company directives and policies. Expected to manage all security requirements for complex SAP programs and provide technical expertise concerning all security disciplines. Maintain and develop facilities, in accordance with ICD-705 standards. Will prepare and disseminate security procedures/guidance to all contractors/subcontractors. Will investigate security incidents; prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise, and work with customer to execute any corrective or disciplinary actions required. Will manage project milestones from a security aspect to support the overall program. Will be required to conduct self-inspections and provide corrective action plans to the customer. Will interpret security policy on matters pertaining to processing, dissemination, and control of classified materials, acting as liaison between sponsor and contractors. Will draft, review and release official outgoing correspondence for the project ensuring compliance with security classification guides.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to prepare and deliver briefings/training to contractors and customer personnel. Must apply experience in supporting security concepts, principles and practices, to analyze and resolve security issues. Collaborate and assist the ISSO/ISSM on implementation of JSIG requirements.
Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of Industrial Security experience
Full understanding of DoD SAP manuals
Expertise in Program Security with in-depth understanding of Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security and Document Control
Initiative to identify requirements, analyze problems and provide detailed solutions
Ability to be self-driven and lead by example
Excellent computer skills with ability to draft/implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
Flexible work hours and availability for some travel
Desired Skills:
Experience with physical construction of Special Access Program Facilities (SAPFs) and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs); ICD-705 knowledge
Experience with access control and alarm Intrusion Detection and Surveillance systems; UL-2050 knowledge
Experience with generating DD-254s and sub-contractor oversight
Experience with developing Program Protection Plans (PPP)
Experience with developing OPSEC Plans
Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000
