Sarbanes Oxley Director directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure the organization is in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Oversees development and testing of internal controls regarding the reporting financial results. For over 40 years, Hospice of Ukiah has provided free, unrestricted Hospice and Palliative Care to anyone in need, particularly for those not qualifying for insurance-based hospice services. Our business model is sustained by the support of donors, fundraising efforts, a retail thrift store, bequests and volunteers. We are highly regarded by the community and our agency partners.
POSITION SUMMARY
In partnership with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the following:

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent nonprofit management including administration, fundraising, budgeting, event planning and organization, communications, public relations and marketing.
Personal vehicle, clean driving record and clear background check required.
