Develops and executes business plans aligned with managements objectives and directs the generation of sales opportunities. Being a SBA Banking Manager ensures all SBA eligibility, regulations and underwriting guidelines are followed. Reviews loan quality and oversees process. Additionally, SBA Banking Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. - Finalize, help structure, and close deals with a high rate of success.
- Fully understand the members profile, financial status, and financial goals to ensure the product and service offerings are in the customer’s best interest.
- Educate members directly or with internal staff about financial strategies, products and services that will meet or exceed their needs.
- Prospect for clients by sourcing and building own pipeline of clients/opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teammates to determine and execute processes that provide a streamlined method of service delivery for members.
What we’re looking for:- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales/client service experience of higher net worth clients.
- Previous sales experience with full-service financial institution helpful.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and public relations skills.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to retain confidential information.
