SBA Banking Manager jobs in Lawton, OK

Hours:

Shift 1: Monday - Friday, 3 PM - 7 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM - 1 PM
Shift 2: Monday - Friday, 1 PM - 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM - 1 PM

Summary of essential job functions:

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Document all customer contact in database.
• Respond to secure messages/emails as assigned.
• Process online banking enrollments received electronically on a daily basis.
• Create and resolve service requests, as needed
• Complete daily reports as assigned both accurately and efficiently
• Meet acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality
• Be cooperative with co-workers and supervisors
• Work flexible hours
• Be open-minded to learning and willing to take on new tasks
• Help promote a positive, safe, and harassment-free environment
• Adhere to bank policies
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

• Basic customer service skills and knowledge of services provided in Internet Banking

Abilities required:

• Phone etiquette, good verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Xperience, Q2 online banking platform, Q2 Central database and all related programs
