Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the ProShop ERP Sales Team. This position is all about strategy and working at a high volume. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, building sales relationships, and helping drive sales growth. You will be responsible for researching new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping meet and exceed sales goals. Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Report to the VP of Sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: Pay Rate: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.
US: $41,600 - $63,800 Commission
CAD: $45,600 - $70,400 Commission
