    Entry Level Management Assistant Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with experienced Account Managers and Marketing Consultants to understand our marketing and sales strategies.
    • Participate in daily meetings for product training, account updates, and brainstorming sessions to enhance consumer interactions and boost conversion rates.
    • Engage directly with select accounts in person, maintaining professionalism and adherence to CDC and client compliance guidelines.
    • Utilize our POS system to complete consumer sales transactions.
    • Ensure thorough product and service education for all accounts, addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Uphold company policies and embody our core leadership values.

    Entry Level Management Assistant Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or consumer-involved industries.
