SBA Regional Sales Manager manages a team of lending officers that generate Small Business Administration (SBA) government-guaranteed loans and lines of credit. Develops relationships with a network of financial professionals and other referral sources to identify prospects. Being a SBA Regional Sales Manager engages with clients to ensure their ongoing needs are addressed and to understand the broader needs of the small business community in the region. Regularly monitors and reviews the current SBA loan portfolio to identify issues. Additionally, SBA Regional Sales Manager maintains an up-to-date knowledge of SBA products, rules, and regulations. Establishes operational processes that conform with SBA SOP guidelines. Provides coaching, training, and development opportunities for banking officers on the team. POSITION SUMMARY
LifeMed Alaska (LMA) is growing. We are hiring for our Anchorage and Fairbanks bases to oversee the day-to-day flight activities and operations.
As a Regional Flight Operations Manager, you will exemplify and promote LMA's highest standards of safety, culture, and accountability. Under the leadership of the Director of Flight Operations, you will manage the daily flight operations for LMA and provide direction to the Base Chief and flight team members while promoting the mission, vision, and values of LifeMed Alaska.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Prior flight experience preferred. Progressively responsible managerial and administrative experience required.
Licensure: State of Alaska Paramedic Licensure or Registered Nursing License preferred.
Other Qualifications: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policy and procedure manuals, and technical procedures, Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and apply them to the situation.
Attendance: Regular attendance is required for this position. Location determined by Region assignment.
