Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing a company's sales operations within a particular region.

• Work closely with sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within their assigned region and work to expand the company's customer base.
• In addition to managing the sales team, he or she is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends by continuously educating yourself on product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Salary:

• Negotiable Base Salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $94,687.00 per year
