The Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of High School Principal starting July 1, 2024. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to develop a positive culture and learning climate, demonstrate leadership, use effective communication skills, and possess the ability to work well with students, staff and the community.
This is a full-time, 12-month position. Competitive compensation package commensurate with professional background & experience.
Must have or be able to obtain (by July 1, 2024) an Administration License with appropriate endorsements to act as 9-12 Principal and an evaluator through the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners.
