Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of our multi-family build-to-rent properties. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction process from start to finish.
• Ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate schedules and subcontractors.
• Communicate with stakeholders and tenants.
• Lead and motivate construction team.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of multi-family construction management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
