Additionally, Scientist - Clinical Research interacts with other scientists within and outside of the organization. Provides recommendations that influence extensive clinical research activities. Requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to head of a unit/department. The Scientist - Clinical Research work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Reporting to the Nurse Manager of Surgical Services, the RN Coordinator of Surgical Services will promote fiscal accountability, implement process improvement initiatives, and evaluate staff performance. The Operating Room Nurse Coordinator will mentor, coach, and supervise a dedicated team consisting of Registered Nurses, Surgical Technicians, and other support staff. The RN Coordinator of Surgical Services will also lead efforts to collect and analyze data to evaluate performance improvement projects. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced RN Leader to lead and benefit from ample professional growth potential.
