SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Baker is responsible for producing high quality artisan baked goods and gaining product knowledge. The Baker will assist the Bakery Manager in creating a positive store atmosphere for customers and a positive working environment for Associates while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

Produces daily pre ferments for breads

Produces daily dough and baked goods

Uses all equipment needed to produce baked goods

Scales, shapes, and forms bread and rolls

Plans next days production

Follow all Health Code guidelines

Follows all store and department policies and procedures

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

Six months to one year related experience and/or training;
