Description

Hampton Farms is looking to add multiple Machine Operators and General Laborers for all shifts in our peanut shelling, roasting and packaging facilities. Experience in manufacturing is helpful, any experience in food manufacturing and GMP knowledge is a plus. Candidates must be willing to work in production and manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight and willing to follow directions closely. Successful candidates will maintain a sanitary work environment that promotes employee cleanliness and meets all regulatory requirements; may work in all areas of the plant(s) to maintain areas in accordance with Master Sanitation Schedules; and may be asked to conduct visual inspections verifying that all production, picking, processing, sorting, packaging, warehousing, and areas are ready for the next production shift/day.

Employees are open and flexible to occasional fluctuating/flexing hours based on business need and customer order shipment scheduling.

Must be able to successfully E-Verify, background check and drug screen.
