Teknor Apex, a leader in materials industry, is building the future through TekVentures, a dedicated corporate ventures group focused on driving innovation through agile methodologies. We're seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and help execute our Lean Innovation Process.

About the Role:

As the Scrum Master for TekVentures, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding our teams through the iterative and experimental stages of our Lean Innovation Process. You'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution of the Scrum framework.
• Coaching and mentoring teams: Guide both technical and non-technical members through agile practices, removing roadblocks and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Promote and lead the adoption of agile in other strategic projects in close coordination with the Chief Information Officer.
• Process optimization: Continuously review and refine the Lean Innovation Process by regularly conducting retrospectives that analyze processes and outcomes, facilitating actionable enhancements.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across TekVentures and the broader Teknor Apex organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Metrics and reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sprint progress, innovation outcomes, and process performance, generating insightful reports for leadership.
• Agile evangelist: Promote and champion the adoption of agile principles and practices within TekVentures and beyond.

You're the ideal candidate if you:

• Have 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a corporate venturing or innovation setting.
• Possess a strong understanding of Scrum and Lean Startup methodologies.
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA
• Are a skilled facilitator and coach, able to guide teams through complex challenges and inspire high performance.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Are a problem-solver and critical thinker, identifying and eliminating impediments to progress.
• Are data-driven and analytical, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and measure impact.
• Have a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working in a corporate ventures or startup environment.
• Are familiar with design thinking and other user-centered methodologies.
• Possess strong knowledge of venture capital and investment processes.
