Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate scheduling needs for various Construction Projects - Ensure efficient use of resources and optimize scheduling processes - Communicate with team members to confirm availability and resolve conflicts - Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies - Maintain accurate records of schedules. - Reconcile project information using system outputs and scheduling meetings. Generate and update reports to track efficiencies. - Data management duties include ensuring the timely and accurate transmission of data between our ERP systems for drill inventory, crew counts, job completion information and schedule date changes, and the daily update of the Master and Detailed crew and equipment schedules. - Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and capacities into a production plan with a time-phased schedule. - Work with customer base to determine weekly inbound forecast and develop consumption models to improve accuracy. - Establish key performance indicators of forecast accuracy. Ensure the interaction of a firm’s functional managers, and track and maintain the forecast through timely and accurate feedback. - Schedule crews and heavy equipment based on the job mix and provide accurate commitment dates to customer service team across multiple crew types - Assemble master schedule reporting regarding performance to the business plan, and the demand plan - Provide input to finance on operating plans for the sales and operations planning - Coordinate information with other functional staff, including project management, engineering, accounting, and human resources. - Establish reporting to determine labor and productivity performance statistics. - Establish, measure, monitor, and adjust capacity levels to execute all manufacturing schedules.Qualifications (Text Only)
