    As of 2/8/2022 this group acquired the additional franchise rights for a very popular QSR burger / ice cream brand. They have approval from corporate for a 20 store build out for Winston-Salem to Fayetteville and will break ground this year.

    New salaried management hires will be the first in line for promotions.

    This fast-growing Quick-Serve chicken restaurant group just purchased the Fayetteville and Raleigh market. They will be doubling in size over the next 3 years in NC and SC. They are currently seeking experienced General Managers in the Fayetteville NC area. The growth opportunity for strong performers is limitless. Very competitive base salary, bonus opportunity at all levels, and benefits.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum of 1 year General Manager experience in a regional or national Quick Service concept
    • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
    • Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
    • Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
    • Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
    SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS
    • $60,000-$65,000 plus realistic bonus
