Integrity Professional Division is partnering with an awesome manufacturer in the Broken Arrow Area, who is seeking a driven, knowledgeable. and experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Leader!
The ideal person would have recent experience leading a maintenance team but has the PLC/Electrical experience (preferably programming) to be able to lead in a PLC Driven manufacturing facility!
Seeking a minimum of 3 years leading a team of maintenance and electrical techs.
Additional Qualifications-- Accustomed to working in a non-climate controlled environment
- Skilled in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with AC/DC , electrical panels, and someone who can program a variable speed drive or at least know the basics of how these work.
- Familiar with wiring and testing 3 phase motors.
- Willingness to learn and be an active part of our existing maintenance team.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and 240/480V voltage electrical.
- CNC mechanics is a huge plus
- Oversaw a team of maintenance mechanics/techs in a manufacturing environment

- This would be a DIRECT HIRE position, and employee would start on the manufacturer's payroll DAY ONE
- Compensation for this role would be anywhere from $80-110K (We know this is a wide range, but the pay really depends on the leader's amount of experience)
