    Job Description

    SENIOR SEARCH SPECIALIST

    A Senior Search Specialist at Orchard is passionate for all things digital and is responsible for the management and implementation of paid search marketing activities. This includes building, launching, and continuously monitoring/ optimizing campaigns within the Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads platform.

     The agency utilizes a multitude of software including but not limited to: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager and more. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create, launch, and continuously monitor/ optimize Google, Microsoft, and other paid search ad campaignes in-platformto client dirven KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, etc. 
    • Lead client and campaign media optimizations, tests, and launch initiatives
    • Write and implement paid search ad copy
    • Lead budget pacing and optimization implementation; conduct digital media budget forescasting for planning purposes
    • Conduct keyword research and competitor gap analysis
    • Assist in creating best practices and developing process docuements
    • Manage and maintain digital media spend for multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics
    • Extract campaign data, generate monthly client reports, quarterly reports, and larger ad-hoc reports, interpret and analyze results
    • Maintain paid search and online marketing knowledge through constant self-education

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and/or other related degrees
    • 4 years of paid search experience including strategy development and execution across campaign initiatives including: Search, Display, Video (You Tube), Performance MAX, Demand Gen, etc.
    • Understanding of Digital Marketing landscape and multi-channel tactics (Search, Display, Video, Social Media)
    • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
    • Experience with search marketing tools such as SEMRUSH
    • Google Ads and/ or Microsoft Ads Certified
    • Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Agency experience desired
