    We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Production Manager to lead production operations, track and improve on metrics, lead safety and be responsible for the execution of the quality program on the plant floor (not to be confused with the Quality Manager).  The production team is between 50-100 employees with multiple supervisory direct reports.
     
    This role offers you the opportunity to grow with a company that has a vision, strong leadership and solid financial backing.  The hope is to find a candidate who's interested in becoming a Plant Manager in the future, as well as have an interest in filling in for other Plant Managers in the company on an interim basis when needed.
     
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree or greater.  Preference for a technical degree such as Engineering or technology is preferred.
    • Trained in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or a related program.
    • Preference 5 or more years of experience with at least 1 year at the Manager level leading supervisors, team leaders, etc.
    • Must have experience in a light manufacturing environment
    • Excellent computer skills for MS Office, MRP, QMS, NetSuite.
    • Teamwork, action and accountability focused.
    • Highly motivated, self-directed and with a strong sense of initiative
     
    This role is close enough to commute from Worcester, MA, Providence, RI and surrounding communities like Milford or Framingham, MA.
