Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in-home with one adolescent. Experience working in-home is preferred.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify behavioral patterns and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavioral therapies tailored to the patient's unique needs.
- Provide behavioral interventions and support to patient and their family, promoting positive behaviors and improving overall well-being.
- Develop and maintain detailed medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and best practices in medical documentation.
- Stay current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in behavioral therapy and diagnostic evaluation.
- Ensure patient care is delivered in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that promotes dignity and autonomy.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and outcomes for the patient.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy and diagnostic evaluation principles.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical records management.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
