Our Anchorage office is seeking a Client Service Associate to support assigned Financial Advisors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
• Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
• Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
• Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
• Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
• Research and arranges detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compiles all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
• Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
• Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
• Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
• Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
• Maintain files and documents
• Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferred but not required
• 2 years broker/dealer administrative and sales support preferred
• Will require obtaining FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor essential
• Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines required
