We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team!

As an Office Administrator at B&B Locksmith, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to both our team and our clients. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage office operations including answering phones, responding to emails, and client inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with our locksmith technicians
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, invoices, and payments using our database software.
• Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing.
• Support the team with various projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
• Can commute to our Walnut Creek office M-F, with some Saturdays as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
