    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum two years of Fleet Operational Special Access Program (SAP) Security experience and held a Security position such as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Command Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), or Command Government Program Manager (CGPM) (or assistant to any of these positions).

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    • Perform all related administrative actions required for the DoN's Program Access Request (PAR) process utilizing the DoD SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) criteria.
    • Perform data entry for the submission of a PAR, completed Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), and facility information utilizing the Joint Access Database System (JADS) and Joint Access Database Enterprise (JADE).
    • Track the approval process, maintain status, obtain signatures as required, and provide PAR tracking status metrics to the Government Program Security Officer (PSO) upon request.
    • Manage incoming/outgoing visit certifications/requests for staff and guests. Facilitate visitor access to the facility.
    • Ensure facility spaces meet required physical security standards and report discrepancies to facility GSSO.
    • Correctly manage material and equipment in team custody.
