Security Director implements overall security strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all visitors, employees, or customers to the organization's facilities and the security of property and assets. Conducts regular audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps. Being a Security Director implements staff training and operational plans for crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events. Manages and maintains systems, alarms, and other physical security measures. Additionally, Security Director delivers education programs and communications on security policies and topics to ensure staff is adequately informed and equipped to manage potential security issues. As a Prefab Metal Building, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling metal buildings according to specifications and blueprints. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine building requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools and power equipment
- Assemble metal building components, including walls, roofs, and structural supports
- Install insulation, doors, windows, and other necessary components
- Weld or bolt metal components together to ensure structural integrity
- Inspect completed buildings to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in prefab metal building construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Must have your own hand tools and power tool.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
