Position: Security Officer (Armed/Unarmed/Patrol/LPO Divisions)
Location: Washington State
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential suspicious activity.
• Write clear and comprehensive reports for clients.
• Patrol client properties to identify security threats and de-escalate or handle stressful situations as needed.
• Contact law enforcement or fire department in extreme situations.
• Reasonably detain individuals suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
• Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Fluent in English, with effective reading and writing skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable, with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Personal firearm preferred (Armed Division only), with proof of purchase required for job offer.
• Provide 2 personal references.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Customer service background desired.
• Knowledge of Veteran Security Operations and our mission a plus.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Shifts: 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts
• Night shifts, weekends, and overtime may be required

License/Certifications:

• Valid Washington Security Guard License (armed/unarmed) preferred
• Driver's License (Required)
