Security Operations Center Manager jobs in Biddeford, ME

This is a seasonal position at a fun family run campground. From May to October enjoy greeting guests as they visit for their camping vacations.

This role is responsible for security and safety compliance throughout the campground.

Hours of the Security position are Thursdays-Sundays 5pm-1am and Mondays on holiday weekends. Weekend and holiday availability are mandatory. Opportunities to cross train to other areas are always available!

Job Duties

• Patrol campground, recreation hall, store, and cafe, confer with management, interview guests and employees and interrogates persons to detect infringements, investigate disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, etc.
• Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions and damaged or inoperative safety equipment.
• Warn troublemakers and cautions careless persons.
• Obtain assistance for accident victims and file accident reports.
• Notify staff of presence of persons with questionable reputations.
• Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
• Support after-hours check ins and customer service requests such as deliveries to guest sites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for position

• Six months customer service experience.
• Think clearly and react quickly in emergencies
• Learn and apply rules and procedures which are sometimes hard to understand.
• Make conclusions based on facts and also on your own personal judgment.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked or cancelled, or disqualified from driving).
• Dependable
• Flexible with hours and days worked
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions
• Detail-oriented
• Able to physically complete the demands of the job which include long periods of standing, lifting, bending and carrying
• Able to work confidently without direct supervision, self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
