Night OPS Supervisor - Unarmed.

This is an overnight position, please do not apply if you are not familiar with working nights. This is nights only.

Denver Guard Card Required within 7 days of employment offer.

Overview

This position is directly responsible for the nightly supervision and activities of the Security Guards at their site. Ensures compliance with established post orders & company policies.

This is an ideal position for those with solid leadership skills, enjoy working with others, can work independently, and are willing and available to do a variety of shifts, including weekends. MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

Job Description

• Acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed and adequate reports are filled; notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations.
• Schedules Employees for shifts
• Work directly with Director of Operations/COO to ensure delivery of product (guarding) is delivered to customers with "world class service"
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate and seeks advice from company management/ designated representatives as appropriate, meets personally with employees, documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel, reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Meets with client and management as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.

Requirements:

• 3-year supervisory experience, Security industry preferred.
• 5- years of customer service experience
• Superior professional communication skills, both verbal and written
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Scout Security's Suite of Technology
• Ability to be an effective team member and leader.
• Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
• Ability to provide high quality customer service
