At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in SANTA CLARA, CA:

Compensation:$32.00 / HR
Shift: Saturday / Sunday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• Handle all administrative duties for your site (making weekly schedules, making sure site meets compliance requirements etc)
• Help train new officers
• Handle all call offs, no call no shows, and PTO coverage for your team to insure your site has no dark posts
• Coach / mentor officers when minor issues arise
• Give out correct action forms (CAF) if necessary
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background:

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• HAVE AT MINIMUM AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
• MUST INCLUDE YOUR MOST UP TO DATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
• Have an active DL and be able to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Have valid CPR certification (can be obtained during the hiring process)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
