SchoolPride®, a Columbus Ohio company, is looking for a Project Manager, with strong communication skills and a desire to be a collaborative member of a growing design team.

We work with Colleges, High Schools, Professional Teams and Youth Organizations all over the world, designing custom products for use in athletics, education and recognition.

Project Manager/Customer Service Rep Position

This position is part of our project management team and is primarily responsible for qualifying, facilitating, quoting and processing orders for a wide range of custom products. This role requires constant communication directly with customers and internal departments. Must be comfortable working independently to consistently meet tight deadlines and have patience/communication skills to effectively resolve issues.

• Full-Time Position (40 hours per week)

• Opportunities for OT - $20 per hour

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

• PTO, Holiday Pay and Health Insurance (with optional dental and vision insurance) after probationary period

Requirements

• Project Management, Account Management or Customer Service experience required

• Communication Skills

• Must be able to respond efficiently and professionally to a large number of in-bound calls and emails

• Organized - This is a fast paced role that handles multiple projects simultaneously

• Detail-Oriented - All projects are custom designed so thoroughness and accuracy are imperative

• Flexible/Patient - Handle customer complaints/issues directly and clearly communicate with management to resolve problems
