Job Description

• Ensures compliance with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians- Internal Controls, and the Kalispel Casino Policies and Procedures.
• Ability to perform various types of cooking methods.
• Follow all recipes and procedures including measuring, mixing, carving, cutting, washing and other techniques required for a full service kitchen.
• Prepares and display food to specifications set by the Chef
• Follows all food safety and sanitation guidelines set forth by the FDA.
• Performs quality control checks before during and after production to ensure health and sanitation standards are followed.
• Available to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.
• May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Hearings.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with high volume cooking helpful.
• Valid Food Handlers Permit
• Hepatitis A & B vaccination preferred
• Job offer contingent upon successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening.
