Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator - Gastonia

We are seeking a Dental Customer Service/Front Desk Administrator who has experience in the following areas:

• Dental office administration
• Providing excellent customer service
• Collecting payment
• Verifying patient insurance and financial information
• Answering high-volume phones
• Working within Dentrix software
• Creating and maintaining a clinical schedule
• Patient communication as related to appointments, insurance, treatment plans, questions, finances & HIPAA privacy act
• Ability to operate office machinery to fax, photocopy, scan, and handle multi-line phone system
• Computer functions (Microsoft Office or similar)

• Lead by example
• Possess high school diploma

We are seeking experienced Front Desk/Administrative employees who are dependable, organized, and professional.
