    Your Role

    As a member of Farrell Roofing s Customer Service Department, you are especially important to the success of our branches and our company. Customer Service staff are one of the main points of contact for our service customers and are vital to maintaining the Company s cash flow. Customer Service Staff ensure that the customer experience is a positive one by representing our company well, and this role facilitates the efficiency and success of our service technicians.     Day to Day Responsibilities will include:

    • Dispatching daily work orders in the service software, FCS.
    • Submitting invoices to service customers monthly.
    • Setting up new vendors and customer in FCS.
    • Maintaining accurate labor and material costs for invoicing.
    • Adding new service project locations (properties) to FCS.
    • Mapping service work order areas using arial images.
    • Dispatching emergency repair calls or emails outside of normal working hours when needed.

    • Has the ability to effectively organize their schedule to ensure timely completion of all projects within scheduled timeframes.
    • Can interact in a professional and courteous manner with all employees and managers of the Company and customers.
    • Can receive and follow instructions with minimal oversight from their supervisor.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Experience with billing practices and collections preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service
    • Ability to learn systems and adjust to new processes
    • Aptitude for doing things right the first time and ability to problem solve
    • Experience managing tight deadlines and multiple high-priority projects

    The Occupant of this Role Will:

    • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance (per attendance policy).
    • Respond to communications in a timely fashion.

    • Must have reliable transportation.
    • Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
