Seeking an Office Administrative Assistant that is reliable and capable of handling the daily operations at a Pool Service Company. All work will be done onsite at the office.
Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, answer questions and provide assistance.to customers and non- customers.
Assisting Pool Service technicians that have questions and concerns while on route.
Sign up potential customers for Pool Service.
Respond to client’s emails and phone calls. Check voice messages.
Check in supervisors at the end of each day and run credit card for inspections.
Process Work Orders-received from technicians, mark as complete, Process technician issues from previous day.
Send Daily email regarding attendance.
Keep Monthly calendar updated
Create New Customer Files and assign to route.
Daily Miscellaneous duties as assigned by other departments.
